ALL PATIENTS ARE INITIALLY SEEN VIRTUALLY, SOME PATIENTS WILL NEED A SAME-DAY FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT DEPENDING ON THEIR STATUS OR CONDITION. THEIR VIRTUAL VISIT FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO THEIR IN-PERSON FEE.

2.) ONCE YOUR APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU WILL BE SENT ELECTRONIC MEDICAL FORMS TO FILL OUT. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

3.) YOU WILL ENTER YOUR CARD OR HSA CARD INFORMATION TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT.

4.) THE VISIT WILL BEGIN AND CAN BE ACCESSED BY ANY DEVICE WITH A WORKING CAMERA.

5.) ANY NEEDED MEDICATION PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOUR PHARMACY OF CHOICE.
